Our Team
We are a group of qualified professionals – tax advisors, legal counselors, and restructuring experts with a focus on family foundations. Each team member brings their unique knowledge and experience in Polish law and finance to provide extensive support to our clients. Our professional background includes years of work in Polish law firms, managing legal departments in international corporations, and providing advice on complex financial matters.
The founder of the Family Foundations Center is a legal advisor (license number KR-2130), and a tax advisor (license number 11067), Mateusz Nowak. For a total of 8 years, he worked alongside Dr. Mateusz Rodzynkiewicz, the author of a respected commentary on corporate law, under whose mentorship he gained significant experience in corporate law and its restructuring, confirmed by a restructuring advisor license (license number 928).
Additionally, for over 3 years, he managed the legal department of the Polish branch of Revolut Ltd. This experience provided a unique perspective on finance and regulations, which are key in today’s dynamic business world.
